Nope RnG hasn't screwed you,though it has been less than kind with an overabundance of snipers.Recruit more guys later in the campaign and play carefull with your one and only support until you get a backup. My snipers are also pretty useless since only 2 have squadsight and i can't keep fedding the others kills as the enemies get harder. All my rookies are now squadies and i only have 1 support. I have 6 or 7 snipers, 2 heavies, 3 assaults and 1 support. Im onmy first terror mission doing prety well on the ground losing only rookie but now i think i have serious squad issues.
